This policy covers this website and the BMKS apps that do not publish a policy of their own. Where an app publishes its own privacy policy, that policy governs the app and this one covers only the website.

Who we are
BMKS is the publisher of the apps listed on this site. For any privacy question, including a request to access or delete data, write to sales@bmks.co.uk. We respond within 30 days.
This website
This site is static. It has no accounts, no login, no comment forms, no advertising and no analytics or tracking scripts. We do not set cookies and we do not use local storage to identify you.
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes standard server request data (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use that data to build a profile of you and we do not combine it with any other source.
If you write to us, we keep your message and email address for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to keep a record of it. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not send marketing email.
What we never do
- We do not sell or rent personal data.
- We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.
- We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs in our apps.
Payments
Purchases in our iOS apps are handled by Apple through the App Store. We never see your card details, billing address or Apple ID. Apple's handling of that data is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Children
Our apps and this site are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Contact sales@bmks.co.uk to exercise any of these. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be noted in the relevant app.
